Student employees of Cornell University may be granted Adobe licenses for Cornell employees, in the same manner as regular Cornell employees. Instructional licenses expire a few weeks after the end of the semester, to allow students time to finish late assignments. The request needs to originate from the department, and should include the student's name (first and last), Cornell NetID, and a short description of the student's academic need, such as a course requirement (please include the course number). This license is granted only at the request of the student's instructor, academic advisor, or academic department.

This license is granted on a semester-by-semester basis, with Summer Session counting as a separate semester. I appreciate real and meaningful help that will walk me through this to get to the program I am paying for.CIT can provide individual Creative Cloud instructional licenses to students who have an academic need for the software. That opens the PDF file but going to TOOLS repeats the above. When I right click on a PDF file, highlighted option is "open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC". It should walk right through ans fix any Windows10 compatibility issues for paid subscribers. Can someone point me to a link that can fix this? Do I need to uninstall everything Adobe and re-install Acrobat Pro DC? HOW DO I DO THAT? I find Adobe website to be extremely unfriendly with troubleshooting. If resetting Adobe Acrobat as the default is the issue, you would think this would happen automatically on the re-download. I am being asked to re-subscribe! Why? Something doesn't appear to be compatible. IT goes to the "Learn More", then takes me to a Subscription page.

After opening a file in what appears to be the normal program, I click on TOOLS. With Windows 7, I had no issues with "Edit PDF". Is this is a Windows10 related issue? I recently converted from Windows7 to Windows10. I purchased Acrobat Pro DC subscription (one-year) 6-7 months ago and had very few issues with it other than the insane font incompatibility issues.
